    Sam Spade for Linux?

Does anyone know of a tool like Sam Spade that you can get for Linux? Sometimes I would like to look up IP addresses and stuff like that. Sam Spade is one thing I do miss from not having Windows anymore.

Everything you could want or need is included with linux.
    host
    dig
    whois
    traceroute
    nslookup
    .....

From your favorite shell just type in those commands followed by the IP address or hostname.
    man <command> for more info
