FreeBSD and using Linux Software
I have tried (unsuccessfully) searching google and numerous other locations for this information. Is it possible to run software created for Linux (such as StarOffice, RealPlayer, etc.) on FreeBSD? I have been using Linux for quite some time and would like to start working with FreeBSD, but I do not want to lose the versatility I now have with all of the software available for Linux.

Thank you very much. :-) I didn't realize they had the entire handbook online. I appreciate your help.
