Thanks but I do not need source code. I have know of many places (including AO downloads) where I can get source codes and I can find even more. I need to know if I cleaned a source code if it would erase all the destructive parts of the code.

Everytime I read a source code (on Internet Explorer or Netscape) my McAfee detects the virus and asks me if I want to clean it. If I clean the source code, what will happen to the code?

Just download the code to a *NIX box (maybe a make a dual boot system). Though you won't be able to run the code, there's zero potential of you infecting yourself.
Cheers,
