I was wondering today when do the Antipoints that a user give another user actually start to count? By count I mean raise or drop someone Antipoint level more than 6 points.

I already searched the forums, couldn't find anything about when the points actually start to count.
It is bassed on how many antipoints you have...among other things. This has been discussed quite a few times, and I believe it is also in the FAQ.
