I've never noticed this problem myself but perhaps a confirm box (generated by Javascript or a separate HTML page) e.g. "You have chosen to assign [positive/negative] antipoints to [username]. Are you sure you wish to do this?" [Yes/No]?
IMHO would I like to see this suggestion by pwaring implemented .

I personally like pwaring's idea better. Conformation popup box would make you verify that is what you wanted to do.... Changing the points you have already assigned would get really anoying. I can see people giving a stupid post positives just so more people would give it negatives, then change their assignment a few hours later....

Thanks for the support michael and souleman, the simple ideas are always the best it seems.
Dr Toker: I haven't a clue what is happening with JRoc, his antipoints jump up and down so fast I can't keep track of them. One minute he's got lots of greenies after being hammered by FocMaester, the next he's got lots of negatives, then positives, and back to negatives again!

Greetings All:
Unfortunately, our algorithms are way too complex and dynamic to allow us to "back out" the data necessary to allow a user to change an assignment that a user has given.
I did, however, implement a spin-off of pwaring's suggestion.
From now on, there will be no default selected, and there is javascript form validation.
Thanks for the suggestions everyone!
