Just a suggestion... you might want to read the entire thread - this person, although they didn't quote the post, was responding to something in the thread, not to you.
As for your question, right now you don't have enough points for your "assigning percentage" to really make any sort of difference. As far as I know, you're only allowed to assign positives and negatives "at such a young age" so as to get you "in" to using the system. So, right now, the fact that it says that you've assigned 100% positive is pretty meaningless since your points don't count for anything right now... it's counting the values which, right now, are completely zeros. Zero is not a negative number.
