annoying problem
Every time I restart my computer an annoying windows popup pops up .... Its title is .exe and it says:
Windows cannot find '.exe'. You may have typed the name incorrectly in the Run dialog, or another open program cannot find a system file. To search for a file, click the start button, and then click Search
How do I get rid of that windows popup that happends every time when i restart my computer? Is there anyway to stop this?

Check your msconfig and see what's starting up. To reach msconfig, click START | Run | and type: "msconfig" (without the quotes). Good luck.

one of the most common ways to run a program on startup
is in the registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Look in there for the name of the EXE that windows is trying to run.
Delete the name from the registry key, and windows will
stop trying to run it.
There are also some other places where a program can be started up,
but I can't remember them all.
Do a GOOGLE search for "running programs at startup"
I came in to the world with nothing. I still have most of it.

not to state the obvious but make sure there is not an invalid entry in the startup folder
