W95?
I have read that the CIH (Chernobyl) virus is a destructive virus but on Norton's Virus Encyclopediam it calls it W95.CIH. Does W95 mean it can only infect systems with Windows 95?

I have experienced that virus. It can and will infect most Windows 9x versions. If you see signs of it in your harddrive remove it immediately. Goto http://www.virusinfo.com and search for CIH, it'll give you all the details.

Yes, CIH only worked with Win9x and not NT. However, the virus similar to CIH was called Kriz and worked in NT also.
Ryan, haven't seen you in a while... good to see ya.
