    Setting up Sendmail in linux

    Hi
    i want to set up sendmail in my red hat linux 7.1 so that i can send mail directly from my pc to the mailing service of the recipient.can anyone help me with that

    Have a look at other MTA's (mail transport agents), Sendmail is powerful but a bastard to configure correctly, Postfix seems fairly popular these days and is a lot easier to configure, have a look around and I'm sure you'll find a better solution than Sendmail.
