..... I have just recently been asked to offer support to our help desk support group. The funny thing is............. The calls are not transferred to my line when help desk cannot solve the issue, I get a help desk technician calling me on a problem he/she has no idea what they are talking about, and trying to switch back and forth between the user and myself. It's funny how the techs even forget to use common sense sometimes.... How hard is it to use conference calls or the transfer button... Well it could be because the Technician is fried from solving all these brainless questions, or because he doesn't want to show the user on the phone he doesn't know the answer..... That goes to show that not everyone knows everything, and that it why I came here....
