X.25 sniff, Does It Possible???

Does it possible to sniff and steal information that is flowing inside X.25 traffic, if we have a physical access to the wire where this information stream is flowing?

Hrms..physical access? You mean you cut open the wire? Maybe if you had a device that could read the electricity flowing down the wires, while at the same time letting them go through. Just my 2 cents.
