    Suggest a site

Day by day Antionline is expanding. People have some expectations about our site. It would be nice if a "Suggest a site" section is added (like QuickTip). As we surf, we come across lots of information and useful websites. This helps some newbies who are novice/intermediate to the industry. Not only newbies, everybody is in need of info.

    Key-in your opinions.

    i agree

It would be a good idea to have a section like that on AO, yet if not here, then maybe someone could throw together a site, kinda of like a FFA link site for everybody to go to check out useful, or even not useful sites.
Good idea, i would sure like that as a new section

I can forsee problems with a suggest-a-site. If it were to be scripted, less-than-favorable sites will leak through and we will wind up cleaning up dead, bad or useless links. If it was moderated, then it will be a full time job. I think Mahakaal is right; manage your own useful sites with your own bookmark(s). Also, what may be useful links to one may be useless to another.

/me backs up Makahaal on this one...use the bookmarks feature. Each members bookmarks can be viewed in the members profile, so they are accessible to all who wish to see them.

    Suggest a site?

Could be a good idea but everything has it's up's and downs....for instance you will get alot of "illegal" sites such as porn etc. But if there was a kind of filter for that I think anybody can name a good site to check out once and a while....

Mahakaal is right. The bookmark section is exactly that. Members put their favorite sites into the bookmark section and it's accesible to all members.
