    The future of tech support

"We're dealing with lots of people who don't know a lot about computers and don't want to know a lot about computers," said Randy Dieterly of Network Alliance, a tech support firm based in Reston
    Aren't we all!

/me wishes he could fully quote one of the tech support ppl at my old isp. but here is close enough "well sir if you are having trouble dialing in, umm did you try calling your local host?" i was like wtf do you mean by that? "well sir calm down i was merely suggesting" then i butted in with "could it be registry settings?" he replied "well sir im not sure what a registry is, but sounds like you may need to get a new account if its a registration problem".... funny stuff.
