What is the Xeon processors. I have been hearing about them lately mostly in dual processors but I don't really know much about them.

Hmmmmm...had you bothered to search the Intel website, you would have seen this. I'm sure that a search using Google would turn up the previous link plus many more. Search engines are wonderful tools, you should try one sometime.
