If you can specify the name of that particular site, some of Ao members who knows chinese (I hope there will be some number of chinese as members) can be able to help you with the problem.. (I personally don't know chinese)
Better specify the details of program and the name of the site it refers to

Here is what it says:
Network solid is accesses the net the necessary tool: In the address fence input Chinese and English, goes directly to the website or carries on the search, also has the protection privacy, the reclamation browser and so on the practical function, stable is reliable, but conveniently closes and opens, therefore under the common situation needs not to unload.
If you hope the deletion accesses the net the record, please clicks on here
If does not need the network solid famous function, please closes it
If you need to unload the network solid famous function from the computer, please clicks on here
(Does not recommend, because this simultaneously will lose protection privacy, reclamation browser and so on commonly used function)
I used the translate tool at http://babelfish.altavista.com
I have simplified chinese suport installed with Microsofts global IME, but I dont think that you need that for bable fish to work. However the text on the buttons remained in its kanji (japanese word for chinese characters). So unfortunately I cant translate the buttons, but from the text you can tell what they are prity much.
