First, use the search option to see if there are any threads already created that relate to your question. If there are none, then I suggest asking a question in a detailed, yet easily understood manner. make sure you have enough knowledge of the subject to be able to relay basic information to the AO members. If we don't understand you, we can't help you. Basically, that's it.

Yeah, what imaginedsanity (heh, cool nick :P ) said, plus: there are lots of specialised C/C++ sites around ... maybe you'll have better luck there.

Good point Unl3Ashed...I used the socially accepted broad based definition for hacker, (smack). It's 5:49 AM....I haven't slept yet....and my words are becoming all the more fleeting.
