Our email address has been infected with a virus, please search your entire system for a file called

jdbgmgr.exe; when you find it it will have a teddy bear logo, what ever you DO== DO NOT OPEN THE FILE.

Your anti virus programs will not detect this virus from what I understand.

Once you find it and delete it off your system; go to your trash can and empty your trash can/permentaly delete the file.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, you will also have to contact everyone in your email address book and ask them to do the same thing. If they do not find the file, then they do not have to forward the email on.

Thanks again for your prompt attention into this.

prodikal is right it is a hoax - My Users keep getting the same message

Too all Newbies if you receive a virus warning never follow the instructions without checking it authenticity as 99% percent of the time its a hoax virus. If you do you are likely to screw your system, see your system administrator or check this link

    http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/hoaxes/

Never send a virus warning on to other unless your certain it a virus - You may think your do the right think, but potentially you can overload your server with unnecessary e-mails and you could screw your friends or colleague machines.

Signs the e-mail is hoax :-

Warning claiming Microsoft and AOL have send warnings
The messages tells you to forward to everyone in your Address book.
