Is there an existent term 'cyber-genocide'?
If so - what are some thoughts on the definition?

As genocide is the systematic and planned extermination of an entire national, racial, political, or ethnic group, Cyber-Genocide would be somehow doing so through a computer ... sounds like Cyber-Genocide is a bit of Cyber-Bull ...
No offence

It sounds like a term someone would use in a feeble attempt to grab your attention with 'genocide' for something relating to the internet. I can see it now: "Computer viruses are organisms too! Make the killing stop!" in front of major AV vendors...

If cyber-genocide would be the eradication of Microsoft prescense on the web I'd say:
Making the world a better place, one puter at a time
ASCII stupid question, get a stupid ANSI.
When in Russia, pet a PETSCII.
