I've noticed that ou mention AV(anti-virus,I assume) as a precaution. As a windows user it seems to me that most virii tend to attack windows programs, & thru running windows, many AV programs are rendered usless, as they are damaged or rendered useless by a windows-based attack. My suggestion to us poor windows people, is to run a DOS based scanner every so often, as virii like WINCIH32 is passed over by conventional means.
