    Can't access Live Chat

    I can't access live chat.....when I click on it, I just get a white screen.

    I'm at work and on their network. The network has a proxy server/firewall

    Is there a way to access the live chat..or will I not be able to because of the proxy server?

    well you can access it it might be possible that you are behind a firewall or you are having problems with java virtual machine download,better you check thoroughly for internet properties and cookie settings .
