Free quality software for Win32 ?
This article from Linux Today newsletter highlights a subject and initiative I do like, Free Software / Open source Software for Win32 .
For many of us who have used or do use free software is this not anything new. But for those not familiar to free open source software for Win32 is this maybe a good introduction .
