Taking online courses to learn security / start IT career

I'm a 3rd year university student studying management/operations. My passion is in computers but I did not choose CS or engineering as my major. I think operations is very interesting and I would like to somehow tie what I study with IT and specifically security. I have always been very curious about cryptography and finding ways to safeguard against bad actors. I think maybe one way to get my foot in the door is to do IT management (example is to reduce queue times for IT jobs, etc.) would be OK for me. And then transition to more security-focused role.

My university has security (crypto, cybersecurity, defensive policy IT) classes, but these are reserved for MIS and some other CS-related programs only. So if I want to study I must do it on my own. Here are classes I am thinking about:
    • University of Maryland: Cybersecurity
    • Pluralsight: Security Fundamentals
    • LinkedIn Learning: IT Security Specialist

My school offers Lynda for free, which also gives me access to LinkedIn learning so the last one I can take for free. I just want to make sure it's worth the time since it will be hard to find 20-40 hours to do any of these until the summer.

Can anyone please make a suggestion which one is best for my situation?
