removing LILO from boot
hey all
i recently put on tiny linux onto my system and decided it wasnt for me
i tried uninstalling it but that didnt work so i put in my old msdos disks which formatted my disk but still LILO is asking if i want to boot linux
is there any way i can get rid of this annoyance?

Hey,
Type this at your prompt: c:\fdisk /mbr
This will remove the LInuxLOader from your main boot record

It sounds like your bootup files are corrupt or missing, or your FAT table is screwed up.
What is the info from fdisk?
(ie: what's your primary and logic partitions?)
Did you make linux a seperate partition or did you let the installer create it?

i put it on my primrary disk coz i didnt think id be needing dos or windows
and last time i checked the partitions it was just the primrary
wait dont worry about it my dos just booted up then
