    SSH keeps disconnecting me

    Ive had no problems with my shell account untill a router was added. Now I keep getting disconnected every 2-3 minutes. Just says that the connection was lost. Does anyone know what would be making this happen and how I can fix it.... It is very anoying, I can do very little without getting disconnected.

    The router is a SMC barricade 7004acb or something like that..... Has anyone had the same problem at all? How was it fixed

    Never having used an SMC router before, I will just have to guess that there is a idle connection timeout which is set too short.

    Have a look in the settings to see if you can find anything regarding a "timeout". if you find something, increase it.
