Securing Windows XP according to the NSA

Please note that I am not affiliated with this site that I will be linking to. I have no choice as I do not have enough personal webspace.

I find it funny that I am posting this as anyone knows trusting them may not be the right thing to do, so just for reference look at it. I would recommend that you do not follow the document blindly but rather use it to take your own steps to a more secured system.

"The purpose of this document is to inform the reader about Windows XP Professional
recommended security settings. These security settings include those that can be set
via the Security Configuration Manager, through Group Policy, as well as manual
    settings."

//ps, ignore the unclassified headers and footer. Its quite funny

You can get the NSA's XP as well as the 2K, NT, Cisco and e-mail security guides here: http://www.nsa.gov/snac/index.html

Also on this site is the Security Enhanced Linux at http://www.nsa.gov/selinux/index.html
If you receive something that says \'Send this to everyone you know,\' pretend you don\'t know me.
