These are some of the regedit keys I gathered two years ago there were all extracted from windows 98,while some of them might work on windowsXP and 2000 most are only for windows 98.

Caution :I do not recommend using any of these keys for beginners. regedit is one of the vital parts of windows so if you don't know what you are doing don't do it changing or adding these keys and key values without enough knowledge might crash your system.(you don't want to see an alert saying "windows can not startup!")

Some of these keys only function when you have restarted your computer after making your desired change and others work exactly after you have added a key or changed the value.

Beginners plz visit www.regedit.com . Almost all the registry tweaks are documented there. U can also download a help file containing all the documentation.

Instead of restarting press Ctrl + Alt + Del.In the end task window end the task Explorer . The shutdown window appears. Here u click on the cancel button. All the registry changes will be applied.

1. Click 'post reply' button at the bottom of the thread.
