    router configuration

    i need some help configuring a linksys router so that it will allow blubster to connect. would it be forwarding or dynamic routing that i would have to make the configurations?

    with a linksys router, it generally has the web interface, normally 192.168.1.1 or somefun, but erm if by blubster you mean the file sharer, youll have to configure it (blubster) to connect on what port you want, if not already configured. then, you do the forwarding in advanced on the web interface. set the ip address of the computer you wish to forward to, check tcp, type the port number in _ to _ , click enable, and you are set.
