Most ISP's have an abuse policy and email address. I would send this information to his ISP.

There are probably lots more you can do but I don't think most of them are legal. In addition if you were to do something directly to him he could talk to his buddies and really make your life difficult. Going through his ISP he will have a difficult time determining who turned him in.

why would he have a difficult time figuring out who turned him in?? i am probably the only one who he is threatening. so, what happens when i tell his isp? what do they do to him?

It depends... They could just give him a warning or if the infraction is bad enough or if others have complained about him they could cancel his account.

They disable his account.
Edit : If he has breached some violation or done some harm to your computer, sue him.
Edit 2 : mmelby, we just ran into each other

Your best bet would be to go ahead, do it.
Would you want to let him do the damage first ?
