Thread: 'Child porn', even surfing can mean jail...

  1. #11
Im going to have to agree with the majority on this one. You have to be one screwed up perverted motherfu***r to view Child porn, and if you do get jailed you deserve it. To top it off if i ever come across a child porn site ill contact whoever is necessary to get the site removed from whatever webhosting company is hosting it.

If you are a "legitmate" (I use that term loosly ) porn surfer and you come across a site that offers kiddie porn then you should do the responsible thing and report it.....would you want your kids exploited in such a manner? I feel sorry for Pete Townsend and think that his case may be too extreme....I fail to see a pattern of pedophilia there. But again, he wouldn't be having this problem if he had done the right thing in the first place.

Rant over, and I'm sorry if I came off harsh, but being a parent has that effect sometimes...
arent you the pervert though Al? hahahahahahahhahahahahahhaha remember that.... so sad... so wrong... hahahahahhahaha

Trust Not 123 - If its an accident - its an accident you will be excused at law.

If you return to the site time and time again and pay to get access to the stuff inside, you can safely rule that defence out !!!! as for the UK celebrity, I am sorry, I have no sympathy for him in light of recent news reports I heard. "Research" - bollocks - his only hope is that his jury is as gullible as he is.

If you deliberately access this stuff you deserve what is coming to you, a long holiday in the "Lonely Hearts Hotel" with a 20-stone room-mate called Bubba.

first off I agree with most opinions here... surfers for child pr0n are sick... and well.. they should have their balls cut off and rammed down their throats.

But I have a (slightly) off topic question pertinent to this area. Supposing said surfer of child pr0n is using a RAM disk to save temp internet files, cookies, index.dat etc to. These files never get saved to HD thus once the computer is rebooted RAM gets wiped out and so do all your cookies, temp internet files and index.dat. Correct me if I'm wrong but you can't recover files stored only in RAM once the RAM has been reset... can you? So if said child pr0n surfer stored said files in RAM... other than looking at things like IP records, VISA card purchases etc... is there any way you'd be able to prove they had looked at child pr0n... they wouldn't have any sus files on the HD..... (unless the abscence of index.dat etc from HD is in itself suspicious).... or am I missing something? Any thoughts?

    Guys,

    Thanks for your answers!!!

I just want to tell you that it seems that (although my bar is now positive in post #1) i received a negging message (please, this is not about APs), is just to say that someone seems not to agree with us. and to THIS hidden person, i just HOPE and PREFER you have neged my by a personal problem with me (although from my part i don't have problems with any person here) and not because you are in favor of child porn... i just hope you don't like child porn. One more thing, about my language, i wrote *** between the "bad" words so it's OK this way, every one use this, and fuc**ng is not a "bad" word, it depends how you use it.

    Thanks.

    Bye.

This actually depends on several factors. First and most important, is what country you are accessing the pictures in. In the USA and Canada, 18 is the age, but it is much younger in Europe. Also, you will not be charged if the models are underage but claim to be 18 (although not if they're obviously far younger!), as the law cannot expect you to know, so you don't have to worry on that score (I've heard stories of people getting in trouble for these (Barely Legal sites you e-mail is always helpfully informing you of, but never of actually being found guilty once the facts are realized).
Third, "kiddie porn" is roughly defined as children performing sexual acts. Simply looking at pictures of nude children, such as pictures of nudist families, or pictures of your own children (many people have pictures of their children nude, playing in sprinklers and such, and some tend to post them up on their website, not thinking) are not illegal, although it is up to a judge to decide what is proper or not.
Finally, there is some discussion as to whether "fake kiddie porn", digitally altered pictures made to look like "hardcore" child pornography are illegal, as there is no formal law about them yet in most countries. Once again, this is mostly a judge's decision, and if a case were to come up with these, it would probably have to be decided by a very high authority, and a permanent law created.

I hope this answers your question far more than you needed it answered
