The geographical details of various attackers seems an interesting thing. We have to give a serious thought about it. Does it have to do anything with the sociological problems of such community or is it purely shows the availability of more usage of internet .(An average american user uses several 100 times of time infront of internet than a third world person. So they are more aware and used to computers).
