hehe, Just kiddin, no that was some good stuff, i wonder how long it takes to build something like that, or even the skills needed??

I will not deny the fact that the website you posted above has outstanding graphics. I was posting the link above for further refernce b/c:
The links I posted were from Macromedia's Homepage www.macromedia.com (The people who manufacure the software that your friends at 'Who We' use.
Note: 'Who We' is an advertisement for the design company in the same way that Macromedia is an advertisement for Flash, Ultradev, etc...(see attached)

WhosWe is definitely something I'm going to keep my eye on, looks awesome. I just sat here the last 10 minutes in a stupor.
A couple of other sites that I really liked as far as design and usability using flash were:
