    Cool Unsolicited Commercial Software

    Pretty cool website that has a lot of information on Adware, Spyware, etc. Also has a script that will detect parasite plugins in your browser.

    Being the trusting soul that im not i had to download the java script file before id let it run. it was harmless so i allowed it only to get:

    Your browser has been checked for parasites. None were found. (However this script cannot detect all of them!)

    but it does check for quit a few (120)

    it always best not to allow scripts without you browser prompting you for permission first.
