    disconnection modems remotely

    Hi,

    I have heard that modems can be disconnected remotely using various commands like ATO commands. i am a newbie and have absulutely no knowledge in this topic i would like to know how this is done with simple explanation.

    That link should help you out or go to a book store and find a book on modems or Pcrepair, and usually there will be a section in there about all of the diferent command that you can send a modem.
