Help me get off this unstopable spam list

Ok i know this sounds like a goofy question for anyone with a brain but somehow i got on a porno spam list at premiumescorts.net. in the spam in question there is no unsubscribe link or any contact info to get off this list. i used "whois" in antionline tools to establish the company owning the url. it is wb enterprises llc of chesterfield mo. i then scanned their ip and found its 213.248.29.147 and that when tracerouted it leads to a server in russia. ok now i have called wb's tech support line and left message to get me offf the list, sent email to only adress registered to the url premiumescorts.net, searched the net for it and found its a spammer domain, and sent undeliverable email to lavalive@premiumescorts.net (the address spamming me) and webmaster@premiumescorts.net. i know i should check the headers but i do not know how in yahoo mail. also its a crime not to offfer an unsubscribe link or an 800 number to get off spammer lists in mo. so can anyone help me before i have to report them to the state of missouri and will it even help as they are a po box in missouri and servers in russia?

mmm... you probably shouldnt have called by telephone as they dont usually have people to deal with that stuff there, was there an email address aswell that you could send your complaint to?? i had a problem a while back with constant tcp scanning over 1500 attempts in a week and i rang their isp and they told me to email it.

If they are doing something illeagel then i would sue them. But if there not i would just try your best to get off of it. Try this site for some help to get out of the spam list.

i did call phone number its an answering machine so that was wasted long distance call and the only email adress listed as registered to url and wb enterprises llc i have emailed with no results but at least not a failure to deliver message...they bettter hurry up cause in mo its a 500 dollar fine PER MESSAGE if they have no unsubcribe option or 800 number so im temped to just put up with it for the next year then sue them. but yeah moses i tried all that stuff. i even looked in yellow pages online in missouri to try to find other number but no not there either cause like i said their tech support line is constant answering machine no one ever answers...but thanx for trying this spam is unstoppable..btw, how do i find out their isp so i can call them? cause thell stop it cause if they dont the fine is 1000 bucks for isps who dont stop it...if i let it go i could be a hundredthousandare

uhhhh... maybe it's just me, but when you're reading yahoo mail isn't there a link right next to the senders address that reads "This Is Spam"? All you have to do is click on that link, check the box that blocks that sender, and hit submit. You're done. Granted, the sender address can be spoofed and/or changed on every message, but I'm going on the premis that all the messages come from one distinguishable source....
undeliverable email to lavalive@premiumescorts.net (the address spamming me)
In addition to blocking single addresses, yahoo mail allows you to block domains (ie anyusername@premiumescorts.net). And yes, those are options on the free, non-premium, yahoo accounts.

i tried everything everyone suggested (except the yahoo ignore, i wanna get paid) with no result so i contacted chesterfield missouri police today and thanx to grandpappy (powerful lawyer here) i have gotten free counsel and i am proceeding to get my muddfuddin money from these spammin bastards... even the missouri atourney generals office is becoming involved and talking about revoking their business license, only problem is they are llc so i dont know how responsible they can be held...but oh well happy day i never thought i get paid for gettin spammed

yeah but it seems anyone email address is not safe, if you do any ordering online, etc. You're best bet is to just block the email address, as states above. You will save yourself a headach getting the junk mail. Plus there is no easy street, you can't win it big for getting spam mail like that. Not unless maybe you are a big server/company who can afford the legal costs and are actually pressing charges against another semi big company that can afford the $500 an email.

I understand your frustation, and am sorry for you! I too get junk mail, from book mentions to "free" this and that. I use outlook xp and just have it automatically setup to go straight to the trash.

Formatting my server because someone hacked into it sounds pretty boring to me...
    That\'s why it\'s all about AntiOnline.com!
