That's Ok. Have some patience. It may take some time for your registeration to work through the system. You have cookies enabled, right?

If I remeber correctly...
After you register you will get a email that you have to confirm.
After that point you can post/download, etc.
I would try clearing your cache/cookies.
Then goto the download section. Choose which file you want to download and it will ask you for your username and password.
If you use the autologin and cookies enabled in the site options, then you shouldn't have to enter your username and password all the time.
If you are using a public computer I wouldn't recommend using the autologin. That is just common sense.

Despeje su escondrijo... Su probablemente cargar el cookie/cache y lo le está llevando a una diversa área. Se cerciora de usted comer galletas permitidas en su cuenta.... basicly buscar la materia los otros miembros mencionados. Una vez que usted vaya al programa que usted desea descargar, usted debe ver un archivo-cabnet, usted puede descargar de esa página.
Anyways.... after you get rid of your offline content such as old cookies that could be blocking you from the page & once you check and see if you have cookies enabled in your account options you should also check your browser settings & go to the file you wish to download then you should see a page with a file-cabinet I bleave.... I think it should download there if not I think there are other links on that page incase it doesn't start.

muy bueno sr specialist... 
but i had this problem a while ago while downloading an aim program.. i tried almost everything mentioned above and it turned out to be my firewall (which in essence is related to cookies)... so lower your security level or change a couple settings... worked for me, hope it does for you
