    Linux-From-Scratch

    Dear AOers

    Just found this on astalavista about Linux. I think this will be very helpfull for those who wants to migrate from windows to Linux or probably just want to install Linux and need some help.

    I think it would be better to just buy a distribution and install it from the cd.It's easyer then downloading all the packages and installing them manual.

    It has to be said buying a dsitrubtion is alot easier and alot less frustrating, at least for the people who just want to jump in , you can get a Distro for as little as £5 on ebay, for the joy of haveing all the cds of a distro haveing some one else burn them, and not to of had to worry about corrupt files and such,

    its a great route for all us 56k'ers
