    serv-u password encryption

do you guys know what type of encryption serv-u ftp uses?
I heard it uses md5, which is pratically irreversible.
if that's true, is there a way to brute force it?
    thnx

serv-u ftp uses md4 and 5 & sure you could bruteforce just about anything given the right time/resources. The question is why bother...

Go get Serv-U FTP version 2.5i
I think its a bit more secure then the other versions (EXAMPLE)... less file-access vuln. and less DoS attacks to worry about.

you wouldn't be playing games at mod-x now would you?
Hmm...theres something a little peculiar here. Oh i see what it is! the sentence is talking about itself! do you see that? what do you mean? sentences can\'t talk! No, but they REFER to things, and this one refers directly-unambigeously-unmistakably-to the very sentence which it is!
