Hey Hey
Never found a need for a Win 2K boot disk.. I usually use a 98 so I can have DOS, or just boot of the CD...
But when I need to make any kind of boot disk.. http://www.bootdisk.com/
This is where I usually go... You can get any boot disk you need there...

i think there is an option to make a 'system disk'
if you right click on your floppy drive, then go to format (the floppy disk), there is an option to format the disk and copy system files, its more of a system backup disk than a boot disk as ive tried to boot from it before with not much success, your best bet as mentioned is the cd, but having your system disk along with your cd could be handy for the urposes of restoring system files if system restore doesnt work or its disabled.
