Not knowing what city/country you are in makes a sugestion a little diffacult. I am assumeing you are on a Linux box, and this is why you can't use any of the mentioned ISp's ...I think there is a Linux ort of Netzero. You can also try earthlink if they are in your area,...or hit the phone book and find a local small ISP.
