okay... here are some answers :
1. pipe command is " | " (w/o quotes of course)
2. Windows XP's messenger service uses UDP port 1900 Removal Instructions
3. "Running an exploit correctly" that doesn't even make sense.
4. As for finding the IP address of someone, correct me if i'm wrong, but you do have to have some sort of a direct connection with them in order for netstat to give you the IP.

Hey Hey.. since you have some semi-legitimate questions mixed in with the not so legit ones I'll answer a few..
The pipe command is | (the pipe character).
for example.... ls | grep txt
For your second question... If you look around on here, you will find some very complete compiled port lists, as well as a link someone posted to an incredible site that tells you what port each app users. Unfortunately I don't know them off the top of my head and I don't wanna do your leg work for you.
For your third question.. You don't want to be asking that here...
For your fourth qestion.. You could ask them....
I'd suggest you edit your post a lil before people start negging you... especially for question 3.

one, use the pipe character that you used in the subject field.
two, off the top of my cheann i don't know and i am not suitably motivated to google for you. and besides, i'm sure there is an ongoing discussion on that subtopiclet every couple of days.
three, in your case, double click (left mouse button - making sure you are ergonomically correctly seated in your chair).
four, you could ask them for their ip address. thats the first possibility i could think of...with such little other requirements in your question.

seriously though.

Hmm...theres something a little peculiar here. Oh i see what it is! the sentence is talking about itself! do you see that? what do you mean? sentences can\'t talk! No, but they REFER to things, and this one refers directly-unambigeously-unmistakably-to the very sentence which it is!
