    NEXland ISB2 Router

I bought this 4 port router to share a DSL connection. The router does support PPPoE. I plugged it in, set up all my computer, and specified IP addresses. Went to the router screen set up my PPPoE connection. disabled DHCP on my network. I hit the connect button, and it said connected. But I couldn't pull anything up on the internet. I couldn't even ping a web site.

    My OS is XP Pro
    The router Ip is 192.168.0.1
My other computers are from 192.168.0.3 to 192.168.0.10 using 255.255.255.0 as the subnet mask.

any Ideas on how to fix it.

Just a stab in the dark here, but the IP of the router looks totally wrong from here....call your ISP and find out what your IP addy should be, then make that the IP addy for the router.

The IP that I gave you 192.168.0.1 is the internal Network IP of the router, not the outside. I have it set up right now to automattically receive the IP from the ISP, since my IP is dynamic and not static.

another shot in the dark... 255.255.255.1 or 255.255.255.255. Both have resolved inability to pull pages for me.

255.255.255.0 is my subnet mask for my network.
