Spam I cant get rid of! Help

I-lookup.com is sittin in my IE browser and is popping up as my webpage with multiple spam. As much as I delete it it returns. Please help me figure out what this spam is and how to get rid of it.

Get yourself over to www.mozilla.org and grab Mozilla for free, go into the advanced section of the preferences and tell it not to open unrequested windows. NO MORE POP-UPS!!!!
