    An old post, but still informative. Never really played around much with irc...
    but I have some extra time on my hands and figure better late than never.
    I have seen several different clients aside from the the one available at the Mirc site. Some had completely different feels, skins, themes, features....etc

    Just curious what everyone here uses...

    Howdy.

    If the thread is old. ie: the dates are flashing on the thread. then please refrain from digging them up from the dead.

    Maybe start a fresh thread in GCC, and include a link to the old thread that you wish to talk about.

    And to answer your above question i usually use Xchat to connect to the various irc channels.
