    Microsoft to face patent violation claims today

    Microsoft will find itself in dock (again) today when the patent infringement case brought against it by little-known, privately-owned technology developer Eolas comes to the US District Court for Eastern Illinois.

    Doesn't surprise me one bit. But what ever Eolas asks for a settlement Microsponge will look at it as pocket change

    Wasn't there some similar mission in France or somewhere....? Another company filing a suit against MS for another patent violated. Or perhaps a chunk of code used. Something like that.
