I'm having a hard time understanding you here.
Do you mean that you deleted a Word document that contained your passwords, or do you mean that somehow you password protected a document and can't get into it?

If I remember my word security correctly (its been a while), if you are the reator of the document (your username is listed as owner)it wont ask you for the password.

ok ballad so you know you can change password protect your microsoft word docs go to tools -->option--->save and make your password.
I have to be honest I can't remember how to do this but you can get the password back threw you registry.
Now I have a question did you password protect it for edit or to view and edit?
