It means your going out to buy new memory or claiming your warranty.
Its basically a reference made by windows to a faulty item of memory (Dimm)
If you call tiny they will make you jump through hoops to get it replaced.
Get the diagnostic software from their homepage and run it. Get the error code and have it ready for when you phone.
Give them the code and they will courier out the new memory.

For the advice to be that specific I suspect Mr Boyle has had the same problem!!
Tell your Laptop to cut down on its weed intake...it helps with short term memory.
I remember when Nihil was ickle. Does that mean I'm old?

Allow this forum to die
Let this forum slip off the bottom. I'm at work just now but I will get the download and e-mail it to you tonight/tomorrow.
I also suggest going to the shop you got it from and making noise.
This usually gets there attention when the shop is busy.
P.S your in scotland/england. Its 1 year hardware by law I'm sure.

This is not a hardware but a software problem, the program (Internet Explorer in this case) is trying to read memory that is not allocated to it.
When using Windows this happens quite frequently.
That is also why it is asking if you want to debug it.
Perhaps you should create a debug report and send it to Microsoft
