Elliente - Sounds like I will have to get cracking at a tutorial for setting up and securing Windows XP after installation... unless someone has already. Thanks for the input.

This isn't something I wrote, just wanted to say that up front.

I'm not gonna slam you real hard over this, but tutorials are supposed to be *original* compositions. Admittedly, what you wrote was original, but only in that it serves as a commentary of (or addition to) an original work (which you did link to) done by someone else.

I gotta pat you on the back for being honest about it though, but I'm still not sure the thread fits the criteria to be a "true" tutorial.

Oh I know Allen, but like I said I posted it for the fact that I thought it was information that would be needed and useful. Don't worry the next one I will sit down and pull my hair out until I get it done, just didn't have the time this time. Who knows I might go back and rewrite this one sometime when I have time, and just extend it to include setting up/configuring Windows after it's installed.

I was speaking metaphorically. What I mean by that is I just need to get enough time to be able to sit and go through the entire process from scratch and write everything down.
