    Disabling antivirus?

hi! Tonight while surfing a site i found an interesting software named 'firecracker' which claims that it disables the autoprotect feature of many antivirus softwares and zonealarm pro aswell. Well can some software do so? if yes than which one so that i could report it to symantec. Hope for some good response.

I'm sure symantec is fully aware of programs like these.

One would hope that if there was a commonly used script-kiddie antivirus disabler or firewall disabler with no legitimate purpose, that they would add that itself to their virus definitions, so that it cannot run in the first place

    Problem solved.
