SCO STILL offers 'infringing' Linux source code
heh, looks like SCO is STILL offering the 2.4 kernel that they are bitching so much about in the first place. IBM's position on this is that since SCO released the 2.4 kernel under the GPL in the first place that they can't turn around and sue for royalties from it... anyway, check out the Register article about them still having it for download here.
