My personal experience is with AMD processors. I had purchased an Asus mother-board that claimed it handled 333FSB, but when I bought my XP2800 and read the fine print it did not support processors with Quantispeed. I have had OK results from Asus in the past but the MSI K7N2 (N-Force2 Chipset) impressed me. It was priced slightly lower than its rival Asus and can be purchased for around $140 at TCWO.com and is an awsome chipset to opperate on. I would almost be tempted to say return the Mother-Board and go premium. You have done the same already with the processor. The mainboard comes with so many bells and whistles... trust me... you will be happy.

Note: You may want to install a seat belt in the computer chair.
